The Sheppard Centre Apartments are rich in tradition. Every year, our staff organizes seasonal events for to residents, such as:

• Holiday concert featuring a choir
• Annual food drive in partnership with the Greater Toronto Apartments Association (GTAA)

The goal is to create a sense of community and camaraderie among residents. And it’s working.

Services
At Sheppard Centre Apartments, we believe that informed residents are the best residents. That’s why our staff developed the Sheppard Centre Apartments Newsletter. This publication is distributed quarterly and is designed to keep residents up-to-date on building issues as well as to provide them with tips for better and easier apartment living. Residents receive helpful information, including:

• Maintenance updates
• Events
• Insurance information
• Safety tips
• Security issues
• And much more
