2011 FRPO Award Winner

Our new Sheppard Centre Apartments website won the FRPO 2011 MAC Award for Best Property Management Website for a Single Property! Congratulations to all the winners

Our over all vision for the website was to create a clean, vibrant and user-friendly interface which encourages prospective tenants to check out what the Sheppard Centre Apartments has to offer. We feel it is important to establish a connection right from the start. It was important for us to engage our audience in the new digital age of social media through outlets such Facebook and YouTube.  We haven’t forgotten about the existing Sheppard Centre Apartment tenants either.This is why we have launched a state-of-the-art Residents Portal where tenants can interact, be informed, communicate with staff and pay their rent online.

Announcing our NEW Website

We are excited about our new look. The new site more accurately reflects the modern and relaxed atmosphere we aim to achieve at our Sheppard Centre Apartments complex. We hope you like it too.
